Research Areas: Employee & Organizational Wellbeing
I am a postdoctoral researcher at the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. My research centers on employee wellbeing which I approach from multi-level perspectives using both qualitative and quantitative methods.
I received my undergraduate degree in Psychology at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (go Heels!) and my doctorate at the University of Arizona. Prior to my career in academia, I worked with hospitals and healthcare systems around the country as a management consultant for Huron Consulting Group.
When I'm not working, I enjoy a variety of activities, such as backpacking, dancing, and taking my dog for walks.
